Sere Resort Goa

Fantastic quality villas. Very comfortable and relaxing stay in an intimate resort. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and consistently provided a top-class service throughout the stay, super helpful. The food was of a very high standard and always freshly made, I can easily say it is way better than almost all hotels I have stayed in. Location is good with everything walkable, 5 minutes to the town centre and 10 walk to the beach. Would happily stay here again on my next visit to North Goa.

Outdoor cushion covers could do with a clean. In addition to the pool being cleaned each morning, a second sweep in the afternoon for the leaves would be ideal. An information card in the room with the best things to do/visit/eat in the area/resort would be a nice touch.

The service, food and location are good

The property is run down and not well maintained, pool was very dirty and 2 of the rooms had a terrible and unbearable smell of the gutter and even after complaining few times they were not able to rectify the problem. The walls and carpets and sofas were stained.
