As you enter the home, the main level is filled with natural light. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances and is fully equipped with all the utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. Experience the perfect entertaining space as the kitchen gracefully flows into the dining room with custom built china cabinets. The spacious living room showcases a gas fireplace and two sitting areas. No shortage of inside spaces to gather and enjoy the luxurious central AC on a hot day!

Retreat to the second floor, and you'll find the primary bedroom with comfortable King-sized bed. A second bedroom is fitted with a queen sized bed. The full bathroom on this level features a walk in shower, plenty of space and light at the vanity to get ready and a convenient washer/dryer. The final room on this floor is a flexible space that can serve as an office by day and sleep an additional guest at night!

Home was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Host communicated well. Walking distance to the beach and town, and a short drive to Gloucester and Boston. Fantastic!

This property is exactly as the photos and listing portrayed, even better. There was plenty of room for our family and our only regret was that we didn't have the opportunity to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space, due to cool and rainy weather. We loved the neighborhood and the neighbors were great. We had a couple of minor issues with a door when we first arrived and the property managers answered our messages and calls very quickly and the issues were resolved. I would definitely stay here again when we return to Rockport. Don't hesitate to book this property!

The house was adorable and in a great location. The house was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was there were tiny ants. We had to throw away food as the ants got into packaging. These items were in the cabinets and sealed like they should be but the ants made their way in anyway. Other than that the home was great. The host was amazing and very good with communication.

3.5/5 The house and property was great. There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!
