Bienvenidos a Casa Vista Azul, located in Balcones de Loma Linda, Mazatlán, Mexico. Come unwind at our tranquil home overlooking the beautiful, blue waters where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. Our 4000 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo boasting stunning views, sleeps ten comfortably. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with en-suites, mini-splits, and smart TVs. The open concept footprint and massive kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Take in the spectacular sunsets on the oversized terrace, enjoy a cocktail at our custom bar, Cantina Agave Azul, then head out for an evening on the town. We are half a block away from the Malecon by El Clavadista (the cliff diver), and a short walk to Olas Altas and Plaza Machado (Centro). During the day, relax at the pool or head to the nearby beaches. Both Los Pinitos and Olas Altas beaches are within walking distance. For your safety and comfort, our home is equipped with an enhanced, UV treated, full house water purification system, so ice and drinking water is safe, clean and readily available. Want something extra? We can customize your experience for an additional charge. Everything about the house and our trip was perfect. I’ve done many vacation home rentals and without a doubt Frank and Sheryl are extraordinary hosts. Communication before and throughout the trip was outstanding, with complete and clear instructions and tons of great recommendations for food, services and tips. The house, Casa Vista Azul, is beyond words. From the incredible views, artwork, beautifully furnished spaces to the well-stocked kitchen and many other amenities, you will want for nothing here! Sit back, relax and enjoy the very best in vacation homes. Can’t wait to visit again.

This house is amazing. Beautifully decorated, great location within walking distance to so many places. Hosts were in constant contact offering great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Beautiful views of ocean and city. Pool and lush landscaping added to the enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommend.

Nothing short of amazing. The house, the location, the hosts, all make this listing great. Close to Centro and the malecon. Great place to take in the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house overlooking the ocean. Great layout for various couples or family. Kitchen is well stocked and information on local goods and services is handy and available. It is on a hill but nothing too crazy. Very close to the beach and things to see in walking distance. The pool is fabulous and a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Highly recommend this one.
