Bienvenidos a Casa Vista Azul, located in Balcones de Loma Linda, Mazatlán, Mexico. Come unwind at our tranquil home overlooking the beautiful, blue waters where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez. Our 4000 Sq ft, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo boasting stunning views, sleeps ten comfortably. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with en-suites, mini-splits, and smart TVs. The open concept footprint and massive kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Take in the spectacular sunsets on the oversized terrace, enjoy a cocktail at our custom bar, Cantina Agave Azul, then head out for an evening on the town. We are half a block away from the Malecon by El Clavadista (the cliff diver), and a short walk to Olas Altas and Plaza Machado (Centro). During the day, relax at the pool or head to the nearby beaches. Both Los Pinitos and Olas Altas beaches are within walking distance. For your safety and comfort, our home is equipped with an enhanced, UV treated, full house water purification system, so ice and drinking water is safe, clean and readily available. Want something extra? We can customize your experience for an additional charge. Nothing short of amazing. The house, the location, the hosts, all make this listing great. Close to Centro and the malecon. Great place to take in the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house overlooking the ocean. Great layout for various couples or family. Kitchen is well stocked and information on local goods and services is handy and available. It is on a hill but nothing too crazy. Very close to the beach and things to see in walking distance. The pool is fabulous and a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing views. Highly recommend this one.

The house is located in the middle of everything short distance to beach and malecón. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Sheryl was such a great host very attentive to our needs. The pool was beautiful and the views were everything. Our family had a great time
