Cozy Beach features a fully equipped kitchen in the entryway of the apartment. Adjacent to it is the shower room. The large combined living room and bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The separate bedroom contains another double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The apartment includes a parking space in front of the building, and there is a storage room for bicycles shared by the residents.

The location of the Cozy Beach vacation rental is unique—on one side is Fehmarn’s South Beach, a fine sandy beach with a promenade, beach chair rentals, numerous recreational activities, and great playgrounds for children.
