About this apartment rental
Our newly renovated "Piccolo" vacation apartment, featuring a direct view of the sea, is located on the 2nd floor (elevator) just a 5-minute walk from Fehmarn’s fine-sand South Beach. From the southwest-facing balcony and inside the apartment, you’ll enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the Fehmarnsund Bridge, Lake Burger, and the harbor entrance.
Here you can enjoy romantic sunsets while relaxing in comfortable garden chairs. The apartment, with a living area of 34 square meters, features a large living and dining area with a magnificent sea view, a smart TV, and a DAB+/Bluetooth radio. The sleeping area includes a large double bed with comfortable mattresses. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the apartment is equipped with an insect screen door and blackout curtains on the windows. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories. Our bathroom has been completely renovated with a wall-mounted toilet, a shower (80x90 cm) with a real glass shower enclosure, a vanity with a large mirror, and bright lights, and is furnished with bathroom cabinetry. The apartment is allergy-friendly, with laminate flooring in the living/sleeping area and tile flooring in the hallway and kitchen. For hygienic reasons, you will not find any carpets in the apartment. Nevertheless, the apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment comes with an assigned parking space. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation: beach chairs, restaurants, an ice cream shop, a bakery, a grocery store, playgrounds, a trampoline park, a beach soccer field, a tourist information center, a gym, a Quarkeria, a laundromat, a marina, and a seawater wave pool (Fehmare).
