About this apartment rental
The Gatlinburg Chateau is situated just over a block from the main street of Gatlinburg. We have free wireless internet. There is an outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation after a day of visiting the area. Our location is conveniently within walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. This unit is a two-bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom. It also has a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, stove, and oven.
Amenities at Gatlinburg Chateau 409 is a beautiful 2BR condo and a short walk to downtown

We stayed in room 409. The staff are really nice and friendly. However the unit definitely needs some work. First the air conditioner in the front room leaked water in the floor. After the first clean up we didn’t notice it again. The refrigerator/freezer on the other hand leaked about every day. These weren’t that big of a deal some paper towels cleaned it up and was fine. The floor on the other hand needs mopped or needs cleaned very very well at least once. My 10 month old would crawl around and be black from the floor. Every day I was wiping him down multiple times a day but there was nothing there to clean with except a vacuum. Also every room is different but this particular room didn’t have a hair dryer, coffee, or any of that you would have in your normal hotel room so be sure to bring your own. Towels and soap were provided. Sheets and towels all were clean. It was a great vacation just know if you walk into town there will be big hills to walk back up. Nothing was to bad to complain about just letting others know what expectations they should have!

The location was perfect. Right next to the strip but not exactly in the strip and away from the traffic and congestion. The negative was the heat was not working and the hot water was ice cold. However they did provide us with space heaters and the 2nd morning the water was warmer
