Just 11 miles west of Spring Hill, 19 miles south of downtown Franklin and 40 miles south of downtown Nashville, this home sits on 6 acres of wooded and cleared land. Breathtaking views, easy access to shopping and restaurants, yet you have a beautiful starry view of the clear night sky unobstructed by city lights. No loud parties allowed. No access to shed. Bug spray highly recommended. Ticks and chiggers are prevelant during warm weather months.

We came to visit family in nearby Spring Hill. This was a quiet and peaceful retreat to come to each day after visiting with the grandchildren. There was plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level. The host Matthew was very responsive to any questions we had.

Everything was great the house was beautiful and comfortable. We could not get the TV to work which was a bummer otherwise everything was great.
