About this house rental
Look - you need a lot of Salt Therapy and Vitamin Sea , or you would not be reading this. Right? Well, let our home be your home! We want you to fall in love with St. Augustine like we did.
Come stay in our large (1200 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome, complete with its own garage. We have all the comforts of home for you here - a brand new kitchen with beautiful shaker cabinets and granite counters, strong wifi throughout, cable TV in all rooms, and that is just the tip of the sand dune. ;) There is a brand new pillowtop king bed for mom and dad, with a queen and full in the other bedroom for friends or the kiddos. In a pinch, we even have both a queen (self inflatable) and twin mattress, so everyone is comfy!
Our complex has not one but TWO pools for your enjoyment (one is even HEATED in the winter!), and of course THE BEACH is just a few steps from your door, with private access to some of best sand and surf around! We even have a washer and dryer, so you can stay as long as you like!
The area is also beach central with SO many fun things to do and great places to eat. Mango Mangos, Beachcombers, and The Oasis are just a few of the great restaurants. Then you can enjoy Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf (right next door), The Alligator Farm, the Anastasia Island Lighthouse, and of course old St. Augustine just down the road!

We enjoyed our two-month stay at this oceanside location very much. The townhouse was comfortable and in a nice location along the Beach Boulevard. The complex grounds are beautifully maintained, and the heated pool was right outside our patio door. The garage is definitely a plus in a place where a car can get covered by sea spray and sand blown in from the ocean. Bill is a great host who graciously and promptly attends to issues that may occur. We would definitely stay in the townhouse again, but at our age the stairs are getting difficult.

This stay was one of my favorites. Walk to the beach, pool right off the sliding glass door. Comfortable beds and had all that we could possibly need. Extra towels, seasonings, coffee!! Highly recommend to anyone. Will be back.

Check in was easy. Great location with beach access and two pools. Close to anything you need when going to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

As shared with the owner, the place was very clean, good location, all necessary items were present and beds were comfortable.
The condo was tired, needed attention with a torn ceiling, screen doors did not work and were torn! The main entry door exterior and interior need to be replaced! These items need immediate attention along with the stove.
Great location to the beach! I believe the owners can overcome these issues.
