North facing living room and master bedroom are warm and sunny in winter and cool in summer. All mattresses in the condo are new memory foam comfort! Pleasant view of the lagoon! Internet, WIFI and HDTV. Private garage, washer and dryer. A great family or couples’ getaway. Close to old town, golf and boundless recreation.

Starting at Anastasia State Park, the Saint Augustine Amphitheater, the Alligator Farm, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse, you will know you have arrived. Continue across the Bridge of Lions to stroll along Saint George Street for shopping and fine dining, or head over to the Castillo de San Marcos or the Fountain of Youth for live cannon firing exhibitions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was key for us with convenient access to the beach and pool. We were within driving distance to restaurants and anything you would need (groceries, treats, entertainment, etc.). The only drawbacks were lack of beach towels (for a beach community) and kitchen basics (salt, pepper, etc.). We did appreciate the property management's immediate response to the wifi issue we encountered. We would go there again in the future.

Liked the location, small community, quiet, very well maintained community. Nice pool area.
The condo was lacking in the following: NO BEACH CHAIRS AVAILABLE…we ended up buying and leaving them. No reading lamps or overhead lighting in living room…we moved bedroom lamp and a chair so we could read. No lightweight blankets, only heavy comforter.
We would rent again with these improvements made.
