About this apartment rental
Dear guests, to ensure your comfort and safety, we have implemented enhanced hygiene measures in our accommodation before your arrival: cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces, a minimum of 2 hours of ventilation throughout the entire house, etc.
Linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are subject to a mandatory fee of €180 per stay.
This amount, not included in the booking price, must be paid on-site to the local team upon arrival, when you receive the keys.
We have chosen to work directly with local staff, without intermediaries, to guarantee fair compensation for quality services (cleaning, linens, check-in and check-out).
This approach reflects our commitment to promoting responsible tourism rooted in the local community.

Four bedrooms (beds: 2 x 160cm, 140cm, and 2 x 90cm) + living room with sofa bed (140cm):
- Bedroom 1: On the ground floor, with a queen-size bed (160cm). Ceiling fan. Closed by a door.
- Bedroom 2: On the ground floor in the living room. Sofa bed with a very comfortable mattress (140cm). Closed by a curtain to separate it from the living area.
- Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Attic room. One queen-size bed (160cm). Closed by a door.
- Bedroom 4: Upstairs. Attic room. Two single beds (90cm). Closed by a door.
Seating: 2 large sofas (1 three-seater + 1 two-seater), 2 large reclining armchairs, 1 bench, 8 chairs, and 2 folding sun loungers.
Electric roller shutters.
Fiber optic internet - Free Wi-Fi. 32" LED TV - SENSEO coffee machine.
Private parking space in a secure garage.
Enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the two beaches located within the residence, with direct pedestrian access, during the summer.

Property on Ocean with 180degree view. Early morning coffee on the deck ample sleeping quarters for four people, quiet scenes of ocean and quaint town are a few of the amenities of this very desirable vacation spot. we are three generations of visitors from 20-86 !

Nice appartement with superb view over the rocks and sea. Terras is perfectly oriented so that in summer, the appartement doesn’t get too hot. Only dissapointment was the unusual high and obligated fee for the sheets, and the terras on the left side that was broken and looked like it would fall down. Otherwise excellent and very pleseant. Splendit location, and perfect for a vacation at the sea with kids :) would highly recommend and will definetly come back!

This is probably the first place I’ve stayed where the publicity photographs are a true representation of the property; it is really as good as it looks.
The apartment, when we arrived was spotlessly clean, it’s superbly equipped and very comfortable.
The location is ideal and the walk down into Collioure is very pleasant, which is just as well as we walked it every day. Don’t drive there, you will never find anywhere to park. Collioure is a lovely little town with plenty of good restaurants and bars and enough shops to keep anyone busy. Market days are Sunday and Wednesday and are definitely worth a visit.
All in all, it was a perfect holiday and I look forward to returning.
One last point, Pascal, the agent who met us at the property is a very helpful and pleasant guy. Big thanks to him.

We spent two weeks in this perfect home away from home and had an idyllic holiday. This apartment is so well equipped with everything we needed in every room and those views! Every night the sunset got better and better.
I have rented plenty of places and never have the descriptions met the reality but this certainly did. The location is ideal with two beaches of the cleanest water I have swum in with fish joining me on my little bay swims each morning. We would come back for breakfast on the balcony and watch the passing sailing traffic and plan our day trips out. The local area is so full of things to see and do and it is no surprise so many fabulous artists used this as their base to capture the views. If you can hire a car to go inland and down to Spain do although it's not necessary because it's also possible by bus.
Frances has a superb apartment and Pascal is a brilliant manager on hand if you need help, not that we did. Highly recommend the 1€ bus that takes you every where you need on the coast and the fish markets in Port Vendres and the regular markets in Collioure and Port Vendres a foodie heaven!
And finally those sunsets and early morning swims. A holiday to remember for many many years. You won't be disappointed!
