About this house rental

** NEW: since 2024, a brand new outdoor NORDIC BATH / SPA ** is accessible all year round ON REQUEST ** and AT EXTRA **. Additional costs to be paid in CASH** on site depending on the number of days of use.
Reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.

To complete your comfort and well-being, a brand new INFRARED SAUNA with 4-color light therapy and integrated music diffuser has just been installed 😍

Between the Ardennes and Famenne. Cosy little apartment located on the first floor of our old family home. The house is set back from the road with a garden area at the front. . A large terrace of 96 M² completely enclosed (very practical for small children or your four-legged friend :-) and well equipped (garden furniture, table and chairs, large parasol, ping-pong table, barbecue) is just in front of the entrance of the cottage. Calm guaranteed! Entry can be done by secure key box in case of absence of the owner or late arrival.

Free Wi-Fi is available as well as a TV connection.

A deposit of €200 is to be deposited in cash on arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure if everything is in order and without damage.

Tourist tax to be paid on site on arrival of 1€/person/night.

From the moment we were welcomed by Annick, the charming owner, we felt at ease and on entering the property we were really impressed by the quality of the layout, equipment and furnishings. Annick had succeeded in thinking of everything one could possibly need. It's worth adding that the bedroom stayed cool during very hot days and was always quiet. We slept well! The immediate surroundings are peaceful and attractive with excellent walks from the doorstep, a shop in the village, and easy access to roads in every direction. This is an excellent centre to explore the region and we fully hope to be back to see more. By making us feel at home from the start, Annick really made our stay special. Thank you, Annick!
