About this cottage rental
Pasito Blanco is the most exclusive private marina in the south coast of Gran Canaria. Enjoy its lovely small beach, long walks among beautiful sailing boats and its elegant club with fantastic sunbeds and sunbathing area, restaurant and bar.
This holiday rental with 2 floors features the sleeping area and toilet on the top floor while downstairs you will find a bathroom, kitchen and a living room with access to the terrace.
It is located only 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the minimarket. Everything you need for your family holiday can be found in a walking distance from this quiet and small resort.

This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests.
**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
*** A security deposit of 600€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

When you leave the airport, head southeast toward Base Aérea de Gando and exit the roundabout onto the " GC-1 Sur "ramp. Take exit 50 to merge onto GC-500 toward Pasito Blanco. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Calle Goleta. Slight left toward Calle Goleta and then take the 2nd right onto Calle la Quilla. Turn right onto Calle Bergantín and destination will be on the right, number 13.

This villa is almost a land-based yacht in its interior design and furnishing, in keeping with it's waterfront location. Very light and airy with it's patio windows at ground level and three balconies on the first-floor giving wonderful views to the marina, and also to the shared swimming pool. Well-Equipped and good wi-fi, but we could only find one english TV channel. The windows of the villa are only single-glazed and we were disturbed on most early mornings by some traffic noise. An addition irritant was the close proximity of the gate serving as the community entrance to the complex. Some users were less than considerate in allowing the gate to swing shut with a clatter...shame! These two negatives only slightly impaired an enjoyable and relaxing one-week stay.
