Below is a detailed, itemized explanation to justify this rating and provide future guests with an honest picture of what to expect. Pasito Blanco as a whole is a lovely, quiet part of the island featuring a charming small sports port/marina. It is generally a peaceful area—ideal on paper for a relaxing stay. Potential guests should note that the entire area used to be a strictly private zone where access was granted only to residents via ID checks. The security ramp is no longer in place, and there is no security checking at entry points. For those hoping to relax by the water, keep in mind that the complex pool is full of children for the vast majority of the time, making it quite loud and difficult to enjoy a quiet swim. The condominium inhabitants are families with a lot of children. While the broader Pasito Blanco neighborhood remains peaceful, **this specific condominium is a major exception.** During our 14-night stay, more than half of the nights were spent struggling to get any decent sleep. Late-night parties consistently ran until 2:00 AM (and this is excluding the night of the Spanish football win, which was understandable). * **Zero Soundproofing:** The acoustic insulation of the house is extremely poor. The walls and structure offer virtually no noise protection—to give an exact idea of how thin the walls are, you can literally hear the neighbors using the toilet. When we raised the late-night noise issues with the host, we were told they would speak to the neighbors, but they noted:"it is common for local families to loudly enjoy the warm evenings outside until late night."While we respect local customs, ongoing 2:00 AM outdoor noise in a residential complex makes it nearly impossible to rest on a holiday.

The property is in clear need of attention, maintenance, and deep cleaning/renovation from the owners: The furniture shows significant wear and tear. The kitchen cooking pots are heavily worn and need immediate replacement. The basement bathroom, in particular, is in terrible condition and requires a complete overhaul. Pasito Blanco as a zone is beautiful and quiet, but **this specific property does not offer the peace or quality needed for a relaxing trip.** The owners desperately need to spend some time living in the apartment themselves to realize the poor state of the amenities and the severe lack of soundproofing. We would not recommend this specific unit until proper sound isolation is addressed and the interior is renovated.
