About this apartment rental
Located in the hamlet of Suvay between Châtel and La Chapelle d'Abondance, the Marie Blanche farm has been restored to create a warm atmosphere. (3mn from the centre of Châtel)

Apartment that can accommodate 8 people of 135m2 very comfortable, spacious and warm.

-A very nice living room with a large open kitchen (fully equipped) on a living room with wood stove (wood provided).
A double bedroom (2 X 90x 200cm French bedding with box spring.
A bathroom, Italian shower, WC.
A small room for children with window and storage with a small bed, washing machine.
A balcony.
Upstairs:
-A mezzanine for 4 people: with 2 single beds (90x190) and a bunk bed (90x200) with a beautiful view of the Mont de Grange!
-A double bedroom (160x200).
and a bathroom, bath, toilet, Velux.
-TWO uncovered outdoor parking spaces.
No charging station for electric cars.
-Communal garden access for the 2 apartments of the property and a community BBQ.
The chalet is located in the hamlet of SUVAY in a quiet area. It offers a superb view of the Mont de Grange and the forest.
The Portes du Soleil, 12 reliable resorts! in 2 chairlifts, you reach Avoriaz.
It is a very quiet and ideal place to rest offering an ideal base to enjoy your summer or winter holidays: by the fire, enjoying the view, or exploring the estate.
Naturally, you will find internet access there.
In summer, on request, you can get the Multipass.
The Portes du Soleil, 12 reliable resorts! in 2 chairlifts, you reach Avoriaz.
You can also park at the sports centre where you can take the shuttles (in front of the supermarket) that lead directly to the lifts for Le Linga and Près la Joux but where you can also park your car in the large free parking lots.
The ski departures are about 5 minutes from the chalet for the Linga and 10 minutes for Près la joux. The departure from Chapelle d'Abondance is 5 minutes away.

Duplex apartment was exactly as described. The layout was very well thought out and worked well. It was just 4 of us staying - parents and adult children. Plenty of space in the living area with log burner - we used it in April and had to open the windows as it was too effective! The kitchen/ dining area had everything and plenty of it. Great shower with lots of hot water, the bath upstairs was underneath a large Velux window so the beautiful starry night sky was easily visible.
We couldn't fault it - or Christine. So helpful and quick to respond with any queries. Thank you so much. We tried to book for July but it's already full - not surprised.

We have stayed in the chalet with 7 people for wintersport holiday. We where welcomed by Christine, a very friendly lady who explained the whole house. The kitchen is very complete and everything was clean. The badrooms where perfect and for 7 people there was enough space around. We went with the car to the ski area Linga. A quick drive of 7 minutes and always place to park the car (outside the season). The only disadvantage might be the few beds within the living room (vide). I can be a little warm. Internet was also fine so we really enjoyed the stay in this chalet.
