Ridge Villas 2322 is a luxe two-level one-bedroom townhome. Bright and airy, this well appointed villa overlooks the third fairway of the Kapalua Bay Course with morning sunrises and winter sunsets. Designer touches galore such as wood trim and ceiling detailing, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances and lighting make this villa the perfect choice for a Maui stay.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai with views of the golf course and ocean. <10 min walk down to the beach. No complaints whatsoever. Would certainly visit again.

Beautiful property. We had trouble connecting to the internet because the modem was broken. The property management company was excellent to work with. So responsive. Although beautiful, the view is mostly of the golf course, not as much the ocean and the upstairs shower is a hand held shower hose on a jacuzzi tub. We showered downstairs which was fine. The condo has everything one needs, shampoo, coffee. It was lovely and we will stay there again. There are quite a few stairs if that matters to you.

The pictures showing the unit by this Management Company are true however it was larger than the pictures show. Very clean and open with the serene views of the the ocean and golf fairway. It is fully stocked with everything one would need.
