This home is the doorstep to exciting local attractions and activities like snorkeling, surfing, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach. With 4 of Maui`s famous beaches within walking distance along the Kapalua Trail, it`s easy to immerse yourself in all the island has to offer. a. This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
4. Respect Community Rules:
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines.
5. Quite Hours 10:00 PM - 8:00AM
6. DAMAGE DEPOSI A $59.00 non-refundable damage waiver is required, please check rental agreement for complete details.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful, clean property, and very kind hosts. We loved it! A few of the glass shutters don’t open/close, and a few of the blinds don’t open (only raise and lower), but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. We will hopefully be back in the future!
