Kapalua Ridge Villas 1612 provides plenty of space for you and your family and friends to enjoy throughout your stay. After long days at the beach or adventuring around the island, retire to one of the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each offering plush bedding for restful nights. Prepare family meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space, and dine al fresco on the lanai as you soak in breathtaking ocean views. During your stay, take advantage of the many on-site amenities, as well as close access to pristine beaches, championship golf courses, and world-class dining options.

The view was superb and the villa excellent. The beds were comfortable and furniture very nice. Our only complaint was the television situation. The lr television wasn’t really working when we got there so we asked about it they ran us through hoops to fix it and it wasn’t working I finally got annoyed the 2 nd day and told them to send someone. They did and they fixed it. The mbrm tv only streams tv and you have to sign in with your accounts to get it to work. I have NO patience for this when you are charging as much as you charge and transferring ALL Vrbo fees to us, the tvs need to work and the apps need to be signed into. We complained but got no where!! Otherwise everything else was fine and we weren’t needing TVs except late in the evening.

Was pretty much as listed. No real issues. The staff was responsive. The layout is a little weird as is the decor, but it was a great value.
