Just steps from Grazel Beach, come and recharge in this comfortable, air-conditioned 40m² one-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4-5) on the ground floor of a quiet residence on the edge of the harbor. All amenities are nearby, and there's private parking – you can leave your car behind. It features a large living room (with a 120cm sofa bed and two single bunk beds), a spacious bedroom (with a 140cm bed and a cot), a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and a separate shower. There's also a separate kitchen and a furnished loggia with a dining area. Enjoy unobstructed views of the residence.
Amenities include: TV, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and air conditioning.
Grazel Beach is 150m away. The port center, shops, and live music venue are 600m away.
Pets are not allowed. A €350 security deposit is required. Linens are not provided. Cleaning is available as an optional extra. EDF additional charges from October to the end of May.
