Communication was quick and efficient. The owner, Shelley, is sweet and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The fridge came pretty well stocked with essentials and that was an amazing discovery as it was hot and there was bottled water provided. There were all the basic appliances (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge etc). It was cute in decor and have 2 large bedrooms, two comfortable beds and a tub/ shower. Parking was free and easy to find on the street but if you have any disabilities, it could be a challenge. The owner was correct down to the step, there are 20 steep steps but so long as you can do stairs, they were not an issue. The sheets in the main bedroom had been used and not changed as we found food in them. Thankfully the owner had provided spare, clean fitted and flat sheets as well as clean bath towels, facecloths. The floors, carpet, chairs and couch were clean. The bathroom sink and toilet were also clean however the tub/ shower was not cleaned between guests or a rinse was missed. There is a couch and a lovely glider/ rocking chair at the huge window in the living room. It overlooks the street and was lovely for a coffee & watching the neighbourhood in the morning and a tea to watch in the evening. A TV and good wifi was provided.All in all it was a great stay & we so appreciate Shelley's hosting of us. She was lovely, her space is great. If we are in need of a stay in St. Thomas again, we would definitely stay with Shelley!

Nicely renovated well lit, bright older property in general downtown area of St. Thomas in reasonable neighborhood. Pretty quiet at night. Parking was manageable, with unrestricted on-street night time parking. Our host was very accommodating to our needs. Comfortable and well equipped. Very worth considering!

We were visiting family, who lived nearby, and we so happy to find this apartment with 2 nice size bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The kitchen area, living room, and dinning area are also very good- more than plenty of room for the 3 of us. We were there following the busy July holiday week, and found the neighborhood to be very quiet with no heavy street traffic at night. The best surprise was finding snacks and bottles of water waiting for us, when we arrived, especially since it was extremely hot summer weather. We got to meet our host, when we arrived, and she is wonderful! Will definitely stay again.
