House is situated in town centre of Ridgetown , Ontario. 10 minute drive to beach (Lake Erie). Restaurants, drug store, liquor store, supermarket all within 1 km of house. Fully furnished and air conditioned. about 50 minutes away from London, Ont, and 25 minutes away from downtown Chatham.

It would be nice if one of the beds was a queen or king size. We only ate breakfast, which was cereal, so we didn’t need to use the house to cook in. It could use some updating.
