Renters will need to provide their own wood for fireplace or fire pit, which is available at local gas / supermarkets. Please only use locally sourced wood.
Property is not available for hunting but is close to Taylorsville Lake State park which has public hunting areas along with boat ramps for fishing on the lake.

The place was just as advertised, the owners were awesome, if there were any issues they took care of them promptly. There dogs and two burro's were great and the Burro's love carrots!!! Would definitely stay there again. Also loved the wildlife that came out on the property.

Love the property and peacefulness. Fishing was pretty funny. Love the donkeys. My only issue was we had trouble with Internet connection.
