3 Beautiful hillside holiday rental with sea views and pool

Sardinia and especially the eastcost are lovely places, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Philip, the owner, is living in the villa as well. The welcome was very friendly, during the stay we could have a quick chat with him and ask for some tipps if we wanted, but if not, he was totally "indiscernible". The apartment, is relatively simple (as described), well equipped and perfectly clean. Only the differences between apt. 1 & 2 might be described clearer, we expected to have a sofa in the living room as well, which did not. The terrace and garden area is nice and offers great views into the surrounding wine and fruit plantages. The pool area, which you share with the 2nd apt. is great, our kids loved it! So besides our misunderstanding regarding the sofa, a really good place to stay and discover Sardinia's eastcoast. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks a lot Philip!

Bruno the owner really made our stay, he is fantastico! Before we arrived he organised a few essentials and some freshly made pizzas as we were arriving late. The apartment had all you needed if you wanted to cook during your stay as we did. There are well stocked supermarkets a short drive away. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool setting is perfect, comfortable sun beds, a good sized pool and lovely views. Best of all, it was so peaceful! The apartment has lots of information on places to go and Bruno is always on hand for advice. A car is essential as public transport is not nearby but the roads are very quiet and there are stunning beaches, scenic gorges or forest covered mountain trails to visit not too far away. All in all a peaceful Agritourismo holiday nestled among the vineyards with a fantastic host Bruno, thank you Bruno.

We visited here in August 2016 with our two children (3 & 5 years old). The scenery was beautiful, holiday home just as described and photographed and owners incredibly helpful and friendly. Bruno shared plenty of local information with us and was able to answer all our questions. He had some great recommendations for where to visit and was helpful in lending us beach items and booking a hire bike. The gardens are lovely and we enjoyed some of Bruno and Phillip's homegrown wine. The house is quite remote so a car is a must to explore the region and also for trips to restaurants, local shops or supermarkets. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and a good temperature. This region of Sardinia really is beautiful with a stunning coast and some great days out in driving distance. We would definitely recommend as a base to explore the area and for some peace and quiet.

The first week of a two week stay in Sardinia was spent here and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were greeted on arrival and then pretty much left to it although Phillip and Bruno were always very helpful. The apartment is located in a very peaceful spot five minutes by car from the facilities in Cardedu. It's also 10 minutes from a selection of lovely beaches. The apartment represents great value for money, it's very clean and tidy, great aircon in the bedroom. The kitchen facilities are good although a few more cooking pots and a baking tray would have been good but that's only a small thing. The outside has two seating areas with lovely views to the sea. There is also a BBQ which we used. All in all we had a lovely stay and were able to use the location as a base to access the South. We would certainly stay there again and I would recommend the apartment.
