Relax at our Counce Lake House! This lovely home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. On the banks of Pickwick Lake, your vacation will be filled with water views and fun things to enjoy on Pickwick Lake.
This newly refreshed property features WiFi, an eat-in kitchen with bar seating, a great mudroom, AC, and plenty of space to spread out. Just about everything in this home was refreshed. Paint, bedding and linens, decor and more! Enjoy the new front deck with outdoor eating, an umbrella and great views of the lake and starry nights. Guests can relax in the jetted bathtub or take a refreshing shower in one of the 2 bathrooms.
In addition, guests have access to the pool, tennis courts, playground, and boat ramp. There is a fully stocked Ship Store on the property where you can pick up a slice of the best pizza around, package goods or a treat for the kiddos. Guests enjoy a discounted rate for renting boats or jet skis for the day or week at the marina office.
There is parking for 3 vehicles, and additional parking is available. A huge mudroom with a full-size washer and dryer, pool towels, and detergent is easily accessible from the master bedroom and private backdoor entrance.
We allow one dog with a pet fee of $50.00. We ask guests to clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash at all times outside. We ask you to please keep all pets off of the furniture.
