This Villa was exactly as pictured and it is the last Villa \ cabin on a dead end road. Minimal if any road noise heard. Host was very quick to respond to a couple request I had for him. Spacious ceiling height made this villa\ cabin feel bigger than it really is!This location had easy access to Hill City restaurants and the 1880 locomotive train station, which was a round trip adventure we enjoyed. It’s a great location to do day trips to Keystone, Rapid City, Bell Fourche, Custer State Park, Wind Cave,Devil’s Tower in WY and nearby Lake Pactola & Lake Sylvan. Cabin was very clean and spacious!I’d like to see a King size bed in the 1st floor master bedroom, which would be my only strong recommendation as the bedroom space would easily accommodate it.We would definitely look forward to staying here again if our vacation plans bring us back to SD. I received kudos from my wife and family members who join us on this trip for choosing this location and this villa\ cabin!

Lovely property with well equipped kitchen, peaceful yard, comfy bed and furnishings and convenient location. Check in/out was super simple. Saw pairs of whitetail deer w fawns and a kingfisher during our stay.

The mattress or frame was goofed up on one of the beds. The mattress kept falling through the frame. Also, we thought there was a bunk bed but there was a pull-out couch when we arrived. We were traveling with some singles instead of all couples so this made a difference for us. Otherwise this was a very nice place in a great location.
