Location was great! Room was a bit on the older side but clean! My kids loved the breakfast. Wish there would have been a couple different hot options day after day but other than that, great. We picked this for the price and continental breakfast!
A place to take out/put our garbage, a broom for us to clean ourselves, and more kitchen garbage bags right away that are more durable.

Traveling with two grandkids having separate was nice. Having a nice restaurant within walking distanced was a plus. We found the breakfast to fully stock with many choices to make a complete meal. Being only a few miles from Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore was nice too.
The apartments had steps which made getting large suitcases a little difficult to drag/carry up and down. To have access to the motel breakfast area our group had to cut through a motel access hall. It would have nice to be able to have access by staying out side by going around.

Checking in is strange, there is no signage to say to go to best western next door
There is absolutely nothing luxurious about the places. They're decent. Very reminiscent of 1990s college apartments. Enough to live in but not fancy. No maid or trash service during the stay.
