Welcome to our funky 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat! Bursting with bold colors and quirky decor, every corner has a surprise to discover. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand-new, just remodeled this year. The house is on a quiet street, but it's just a short stroll to downtown Sanford, so you'll be close to unique shops, restaurants, breweries, and the beautiful waterfront. Perfect for groups seeking a fun, vibrant space to relax and explore all that Sanford has to offer!
The space
This single-story home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a fun and unique stay. Enter into the open living/dining area, which flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen with all-new appliances.
To your right is the main bedroom, complete with a king bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a shower (no tub). On the other side of the house, you’ll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed and two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. These three bedrooms each have a TV. These rooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room leads to the billiard room, filled with books and board games—ideal for game nights. Here, you’ll also find a third full bathroom featuring a luxuriously large bathtub.
Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. The patio includes a dining table, making it a great spot for meals or evening drinks under the stars. Beyond the backyard fence, there’s a garage with space for one car, and additional cars can park in the driveway behind the fence.
Located just a short walk from downtown Sanford, you’re minutes away from charming shops, delicious restaurants, popular breweries, and the waterfront. This home’s vibrant decor and unique details make it a memorable space for your stay in Sanford!

The entire home, garage, and property are all yours except one locked closet in the house and one in the garage.
Early check-in / late checkout policy:
- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.
- If you absolutely NEED early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

Excellent for my family of 8. Exactly as pictured and surprisingly very roomy. It was so comfortable with the open floor plan. Nice big kitchen that flows into the family room. We were always able to keep the conversation going no matter what room we were in. The billiard table was fun and we especially had fun playing who wants to be a millionaire. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets. Everything was very comfortable. Short two block walk to all the restaurants, breweries and lake front. Will definitely stay again.

The house is as pictured. Beds are comfy. Everything felt newly done. Easy walk to bars and restaurants in downtown area. Michelle provides clear communication and is very responsive. We did not have any issues but a quick question as we were driving up was answered right away. We had fun with mini pool and we would return to this house again.
