Fully renovated home with all new beds and furniture, office desk to work from home. WIFI, 4k smart TVs, 3 spacious bathrooms with showers plus gust half bath on your way to the BBQ backyard. 3 Bedrooms and a grandiose Master with a private second floor porch. This house is right in the historic district only 4 blocks from downtown Sanford and 7 blocks from the marina at Lake Monroe. Walking distance from the wedding venues, many restaurants and bars. 45 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Daytona Beach. 1 hour away Kennedy Space center. 15 mn driving from the Sanford International Airport. 15 mn driving to the Sanford ZOO, Lots to discover in Central Florida.

Great spot for a family gathering. We had a comfortable stay. House was clean and just as advertised. A/C worked great and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Water pressure was a little low but didn’t cause any problems. We’d definitely reserve this place again.

The house was amazing and clean. We loved it! Dan was great with communication. We were able to walk to everything, including our daughter's wedding venue. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Walkable to downtown and Riverwalk. Nice green parks in the area. Well stocked kitchen and a large backyard.
