4-Bedroom, 3-Full Bathroom Hidden Valley Townhouse w/ back deck & grill, and brand new private 5-seat hot tub cleaned after each visit, overlooking pond! Turnkey, furnished and ready for you to make it your very own mountain getaway. Kitchen remodeled and new flooring throughout! On upper floor, 1 King bed w/ private full bath, 1 room w/ 2 Full Beds w/ private full bath. On first floor, 1 Queen room and 1 room w/ 2 Full Beds with private full bath on first floor. All bedrooms equipped with smart TVs and dressers / closet space with hangers. Total of 6 Beds and can comfortably sleep up to 12.
Enjoy relaxing on back deck that overlooks the pond; within walking distance to the South Ridge Center Pool & Playground. This townhome is right at top of Hidden Valley ski resort, 2 min shuttle to slopes! Short walk to community pool and club house (renters have access to this). Tennis courts and golf course close by as well.
On property is 55 in flatscreen TV, wood pellet fireplace, grill, large back deck overlooking pond and private hot tub. No fire pit due to new hidden valley community wide ban on them. 2 parking spots available in front of property. Additional overflow parking available a block away at the community pool / clubhouse. 15 min drive to 7 springs resort, 30 min drive to Ohiopyle, Idlewild and falling water landmark. Community outdoor heated pool with lifeguard on duty available to renters (open between Memorial Day and Labor Day) and short walk from townhouse.

For the past 15 years my family and I make an annual trip to Hidden Valley each spring. For the past several years we have stayed in this location. The primary reason we continue coming back to this location is simple … it is the best place of the ten plus we have stayed. The location is the perfect home base for the varied Spring activities that our family members enjoy. From trout fishing in the nearby streams, to the many hiking trails all close by, to the various F.L. Wright sites, and the many nature experiences we are in the middle of it all. We also enjoy the trip into Ligonier to enjoy the shops. Mark and Allison provide the perfect place to start and finish the day. The place is spacious enough to accommodate each of us. This year they have replaced all the beds and have added even more comfortable seating in the family room. We use this week to unplugand don’t turn on the TV. With the comfortable and numerous seating we all found our spot to read, talk and just relax. With many local places carrying Ligonier roaster Dark Side coffee we made great use of the separate coffee bar during our stay. The four bedrooms and three baths that are separate from the main living space provided even more room for each person. Thank you Mark and Allison for making your place available for our family to continue making great memories. We are all counting down the days until our next trip to Hidden Valley and this wonderful place.

The townhouse was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Mark was extremely helpful and very prompt with all inquiries.

We loved our weekend getaway. The location is half way for us to meet our daughter and son in law. We celebrated birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas this weekend since they won’t be able to come home for the holidays. The condo was perfect for this. Plenty of space. Great kitchen. The big dining table was perfect and where we spent the majority of our time. Eating, drinking and playing games. The only flaw was the hot tub. Owners were very responsive.
