The Space:

Three floors. Five private king bedrooms. Enough room for twelve people to share a house without feeling crowded.



The ground floor is where the group lives, open kitchen, dining table, and living area all connected. The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything needed for a real group meal. The dining table seats everyone. The living area flows naturally from it, centered around a comfortable sectional and TV.



Bedrooms are split across the second and third floors. Each has a king bed, fresh linens, and its own character, exposed brick in the primary, vaulted ceilings on the upper floors, and natural light throughout.

Lloyd House sits on a quiet residential street in Point Breeze, one of Pittsburgh's most established

East End neighborhoods. Walkable, character-filled, and genuinely local.



🌳 Outdoors

Frick Park, one of the largest urban green spaces in the country, is minutes away. Mellon Park is close for a morning walk or an afternoon run.



🎨 Arts & Culture

Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Carnegie Museum of Art, and Phipps Conservatory are all within a 10-minute drive through neighboring Oakland. Carnegie Mellon and the University of Pittsburgh are nearby, great for visiting families and academic travelers.

Bakery Square is a short drive for coffee, dining, and shopping. Eastern Market and Shadyside are easy reaches for a night out.

Getting Around:

Parking

Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. A rear parking pad off Gibbs Way is also accessible during summer months. Do not block the neighbor's driveway to the left.



By Car

Centrally located in the East End with easy access to Penn Ave and Fifth Ave corridors. Most Pittsburgh attractions are within 15 to 30 minutes.



🚕 Rideshare

Uber and Lyft are consistently available in Point Breeze. Typical pickup time is under 5 minutes.



🚌 Public Transit

Port Authority bus routes run along Penn Ave and Fifth Ave, with direct connections to Oakland and Downtown Pittsburgh.



Other Things to Note:

- A $300 refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. 📌

This will be fully refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages, missing items, or rule violations.

Check-in instructions are released once the deposit is completed.



🐾 Pet Policy



✔️ Maximum of 2 pets allowed

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Stays 7-15 days: $150 flat rate pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $300 pet fee; per month; per stay



Pet Rules:



✔️ Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas and outside the unit

✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated

✔️ Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

✔️ Please clean up after your pet (indoors and outdoors)

✔️ Excessive noise, barking, or disturbances must be avoided

✔️ Any damage, odors, or extra cleaning caused by pets will result in additional charges



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, safe, and comfortable for all guests.



- The home has three floors plus a basement. Stairs are required to reach all bedrooms.



- Thermostat is on the first floor.



- Trash pickup is Tuesday morning. Bins are in the basement. Recycling alternates weekly.



- Exterior security cameras at the front entrance and driveway only. No cameras inside the home.



- Starter toiletries, coffee, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Long stays may need restocking.



- Rear parking pad via Gibbs Way is summer only.



- No oversize vehicles or trailers on the property.
