A cozy place high up with a beautiful, peaceful view lies a rustic cottage with a quaint atmosphere and in ground pool. A typical Italian scene where you want to sit outside with your variety meats, cheeses, and wine to relax and be grateful. Close to Deruta, Todi, and Orvieto. Marco and Barbara are gracious hosts with plenty of knowledge and kind hearts willing to help you in any way they can to make your stay that much more perfect. We only would have preferred better pillows (too flat) and towels, but otherwise, a stay that exceeded our expectations.

Very nice and friendly hosts! Communicating in english quite limited. We stayed three weeks in apartment that was said to be 40 qm in size. Unfortunately the real size of that apartment was only about 25 qm! That was sad because we wanted to have some extra space around us for longer stay. We didn't have enough storage space for our clothes and other things. Three weeks living in such a disorder was not so nice.
In October the house was peacefull because of just few other quests. Our dog was very happy to been able to walk free in front of our apartment.
The dirt road to the house was in bad condition. That might be a problem for someone having a car with lower ground clearance.
Best thing in the house was the carden and percola of our apartment! Beautiful sunsets!
