Endless Views from this perfect pool villa just minutes from Maho Bay

We have been to all three US Virgin Islands. This is by far our favorite! The view from this property was STUNNING. We loved the pool, the hammock chairs, the serenity, the quiet, and the separation between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms provided quietness and seclusion. The upstairs bedroom had an outside shower outside of the bedroom which our teens enjoyed! The kitchen was stocked will all necessities. We used the grill as well! There were beach chairs and coolers available to take to the beaches. I only wish there had been more than 4 beach towels! There was on site laundry with pods available to do some wash which was helpful. We rented a vehicle which is a MUST. Many mornings we drove down to Love City Cafe for delicious iced coffees and sandwiches. We visited Francis Bay, Maho and Trunk many times. Each beach was less than a 10 minute drive. I wish we would have been able to visit others, but our days were packed! We also had grocery delivery from LandLubbers which I highly recommend. After a long travel day, it was nice to not have to worry about grocery shopping.I only wish the gate to the property hadn't been so difficult to use! What's the trick? We tried the clicker and most times I had to get out of the car to use the keypad. But even then, it would open all the way, and then close immediately and the process just kept repeating. Thank you for this beautiful location. You clearly thought of everything as a host and we cannot wait to return to St. John

I took my mom to St. John for her 60th birthday - booking AATV for our stay was the best decision ever! First, the views seriously are amazing - we were greeted by a spectacular sunrise every day and a couple rainbows as well. The house is beautifully furnished and the beds are fantastic. AATV was appointed with all of our cooking needs and ample gear for beach-going. The location is perfect for daily trips to Maho/Cinnamon/Trunk/Hawksnest (etc) bays, with access to North Shore Rd just around the bend. Some trailheads (e.g. Reef Bay) are also super close by. We appreciated that Coral Bay was a short drive away - it has a cool vibe, some great eateries, and a food market. It gave us ease that the house has a solar battery that can kick in should there be a power outage. Check-in / out and communications with the host were a breeze. We are already contemplating our return trip! Loved it so much!

All About the View was perfect for our trip. 2 couples, each had their own bedroom on their own level. The view everyday was great. Nice breeze each day. Weather was perfect all week. The house is nicely stocked with all the essentials we needed for the week to cook and relax at the house. The laundry and the pool bathrooms were super convenient to have outside by the pool. The porches all have seating to take in the view from wherever you choose to sit. We rented a jeep and made the trip from the beach to the house in 10-15 mins each way. It was just right. Not too close and not too far. Off Centerline Rd so always on pavement. We didn't ever use or felt like we should have used 4WD like some residences on the island. The house had a nice Weber grill that worked great as well. We grilled out a couple nights and had everything we needed to do so. the house had a greeter meet us and let us in the gate, and after that and a brief run down we were all set for the week. I would definitely recommend All About the View and Would stay here again as well. St John was dreamy and perfect. No crowds, lines, traffic were all nice. Looking forward to visiting St John again soon.
