About this villa rental
This luxurious two-level villa is located at the 600 foot level on Bordeaux Mountain, offering spectacular views of Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands.
This magnificent three bedrooms, three bath villa is air conditioned in all three bedrooms. There are covered verandas on both upper and lower levels.
The villa offers free WiFi and Internet TV . The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and cherry wood cabinets and all the conveniences of home.
The space
Outside you can enjoy the cool sea breezes year round on the pool deck, which is furnished with chaises and chairs. There is a 42 foot pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. The beautiful north shore beaches (Maho Bay, Hawks Nest, Trunk Bay, etc.) are an easy 15 minute ride from the villa, as are the South Shore beaches (Salt Pond Bay) and the East End (Haulover, Round Bay).
Wake up each morning to stunning sunrises as you enjoy your coffee on either of two expansive balconies. There is nothing like enjoying a candle lit dinner and glass of wine on the veranda overlooking the breathtaking views of the Caribbean. It certainly feels like you are suspended on a cloud! Relax, enjoy, and unwind in your “home away from home”.
Inside, enjoy comfortable furnishings and cool terrazzo floors as you gather with family and friends in the living room and gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and all the tools you'll need to create memorable meals. A Weber grill is available outside.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite full bathroom, and each offers access to verandas and views. Bedrooms have air conditioning available, as well as cooling breezes. One bedroom is equipped with desk, ergonomic chair, and surge protector.
Recommendations: The property is on Bordeaux Mountain and all guests should have a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Our property manager will meet you at the ferry dock to guide you to our villa.
Please note that Hurricane Season runs from June through November; if you book during that period, please purchase travel insurance, as refunds will not be available due to weather.

This property was just as beautiful in person as portrayed in the pictures. What the pictures can't convey is that sitting on the front porch (or poolside) and enjoying the tremendous view combined with amazing mountain breezes makes you never want to leave. Our family of 4 enjoyed dinners in (we used the grill almost every night) courtesy of an incredibly well stocked kitchen and enjoyed family game nights on the porch (there was scrabble, cards & more). I read fascinating details about St. John from the historical books and maps on the bookshelves (my family particularly enjoyed my recitation of historical information). The whole home was shiny and immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. We had helpful communication with Matt ahead of time and Leo was our point person for our arrival and orientation to the house as well as any questions during the week. Leo was incredibly welcoming and very prompt with help during the week. The kitchen and shared spaces are not air conditioned, but with the mountain breezes- it is very comfortable and all the bedrooms have air conditioning so you can have a cool room for a great night sleep. All the beds were very cozy and comfortable. The design and art through the home is so beautiful. I would say that a Jeep is a MUST for this rental due to the driveway (it is really steep). We had an AWD car and went back and exchanged it for a Jeep- huge difference! Close to many beaches, hiking, and town. Amazing rental, would strongly recommend!

Pictures do not do this place justice! Stunning property and views of St John and on a clear day-the BVI! The pool is huge and the home is well stocked. Host and St John mgmt (Leo) were both responsive and friendly. We loved our time here and would love to stay there again! I would love if the in home safe was replaced so we could have use that but honestly, that's the only feedback! :)
