Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 103 m² house with jacuzzi for rent in Lesneven, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 578 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Dining area
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) and small chest
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and small chest
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 400 m² enclosed, non-shared garden
- A 39 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A jacuzzi available all year round for 6 people! To make the most of it, remember to bring your own towels.
The house is ideally located in Lesneven, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Brest station about 35 minutes by car or Morlaix station about 39 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport, about 22 minutes by car.

Recently built house with excellent facilities, within walking distance of Lesneven and Supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay except for the building site just over the road - surely something we should have been made aware of.
