The House in Saint-Pierre

Located at the exit of the village of Plounéour-Trez, a coastal resort on the Côte des Légendes, in the direction of the beaches, our house from the 30s, completely renovated and newly equipped, awaits you for a pleasant holiday.
It is less than a kilometre from the beach and, from the first floor, you can see if the sea is high to go swimming, practice the longe côte or any other water activity. In the village you will find a bakery, a bar, a newsagent, a small mini-market and a hairdresser.
Description of the gîte :
- a large living room of 30m2 with open kitchen, living room, dining room
- a bathroom with shower and double sink
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- a pantry with washing machine, dryer and freezer
- a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Upstairs:
- a bedroom with a 160 cm bed
- a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (games for children)
Outside:
- large lawn area with a sheltered corner for the evening sun with garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds, barbecue
- in front of the house, enclosed space with cobblestones
- Parking

Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The fees are all-inclusive (water, electricity, internet, tourist tax).
Optionally, end-of-stay cleaning for 70 euros.
A deposit will be required upon arrival.
Weekly rental or possibility from 3 nights depending on the season.
