About this house rental

A short distance from sledding, snowboarding, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. With convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 7-minute drive to Evian Thermal Spa or the 7-minute drive to Évian-les-Bains Port.

Relax in the hot tub (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this vacation home. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

As you settle into this 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a desk. Bathroom amenities include a jetted tub, along with a hair dryer and soap. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

US/UK renters see « hot tub » and think of outdoor, communal experience. Here, they just have a bathtub with jets, for one. Also, there isn’t garbage removal service in Lugrin, so if you cook & generate waste, you’re expected to drive it or lug it to the town garbage/recycling depots. That said (enough to hopefully put off many from my new fishing hole ;), it’s a wonderful house and very kind people running it.

We have had an excellent stay at the house. A very nice and comfortable house, well maintained and equipped. Wonderful views and a great location. Excellent reception by caretaker of the house and very useful instructions from the owner. Strongly recommend!

This property was wonderfully clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Madeliene and her husband were very welcoming and on hand by text if required. An ideal base for exploring both the lake and the mountains.

Breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. The house was spacious, homely and tastefully furnished, meeting all our needs. An ideal location for skiing at Thollon Les Memises only a short drive away. Coming back to a log fire was heavenly. There was plenty of room for 9 and ample storage space. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable beds. The host kept in touch throughout and responded promptly to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this house for skiing and a summer break.
