US/UK renters see « hot tub » and think of outdoor, communal experience. Here, they just have a bathtub with jets, for one. Also, there isn’t garbage removal service in Lugrin, so if you cook & generate waste, you’re expected to drive it or lug it to the town garbage/recycling depots. That said (enough to hopefully put off many from my new fishing hole ;), it’s a wonderful house and very kind people running it.

We have had an excellent stay at the house. A very nice and comfortable house, well maintained and equipped. Wonderful views and a great location. Excellent reception by caretaker of the house and very useful instructions from the owner. Strongly recommend!

Lovely house in a fantastic location

Breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. The house was spacious, homely and tastefully furnished, meeting all our needs. An ideal location for skiing at Thollon Les Memises only a short drive away. Coming back to a log fire was heavenly. There was plenty of room for 9 and ample storage space. The bedrooms were all spacious with very comfortable beds. The host kept in touch throughout and responded promptly to any queries we had. I would highly recommend this house for skiing and a summer break.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man so braucht. Wir waren 9 Personen und sehr zufrieden. Freundlichkeit, Übergabe und Sauberkeit war extrem gut. Zum See ca. 650m zu Fuss, 800m mit Auto.

Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre, très lumineuse, propre, bien agencée et calme! Tout est pensé pour passer une bonne semaine: deux terrasses, grande table, cuisine fonctionnelle, beaucoup de rangements, lits faits à l’arrivée…! La situation géographique permet de visiter pleins de sites de la région. Les enfants voulaient rester! Adresse à retenir!

La maison est très belle de l'extérieur et géniale à l'intérieur. Confortable et très bien équipée. Spacieuse pour un groupe de 9 personnes avec 2 enfants. Même si nous n'avons pas eu du très beau temps, nous avons pu profiter des alentours, des pistes de ski, de randonnées du côté du lac léman et le soir, jeux de cartes et de societe au coin du feu...

La villa est absolument parfaite, très lumineuse, avec de beaux volumes, une vue sur le lac omniprésente, et un équipement de grande qualité. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable avec toute notre famille (3 couples et 4 enfants). Tout le monde était absolument ravi.

Belle vue sur le lac et Lausanne. Stations de ski et activités de montagne: Abondance, Morzine, à quelques kilomètres. Belles terrasses et beau jardin fleuri et entretenu. Logement très lumineux, pas de clim, nous n'en aurions pas eu besoin mais nous avons pu utiliser la cheminée! Nous avons été très bien accueilli à l'arrivée, les lits étaient prêts. Il n'avait plus qu'à déposer nous bagages.

Très belle location, très bien située. Maison avec tout le confort nécessaire. Magnifique vue sur le Lac Léman. Accès rapide à Evian et aux environs. Commerces à proximité immédiate. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire et la personne qui gère les arrivées et départs de la location. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Je recommande cette location.
