About this apartment rental

We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on Amelia Island & a short 2 block walk to the Atlantic Ocean! Amelia Landings has a community pool, tennis courts & a private walkway to the beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. This unit is one level with 5 steps up to the doorway. Queen bed in master (new mattress in 2021) and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2. Excellent golfing, fishing & shopping. Ten minutes from our Historic district, 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Great weather year round, however we do have a handful of frosty mornings during Jan/Feb. Average temperature 65 degrees during winter months.

The place was cute, clean & well appointed. The kitchen & coffee bar are fully stocked (bring your own half & half). Jackie the host was fantastic & answered all my questions promptly & with an upbeat attitude. Parking right out front. I never could find the trash bin "behind the building" so I took my trash home with me. I walked to fun restaurants & bars with ease.

Everything about the condo and the location were excellent. The owner Jackie was so accommodating and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely stay again!

Love this community. It is quiet, convenient to beach, central to all parts of the island. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. The owner was available for any questions or concerns. This was our third year here and we will be returning!
