The location was perfect. Close to the beach and across the street from Egans Creek Trail. Many places to bike and explore. The living area smelled a bit of smoke but I think that may have been from the neighbors?

Enjoyed this location and apartment. We did have challenges with the TV and its internet connection, but everything else was great. The balcony was a great asset. We saw a frequent Blue Herring and Egrets at the pond while drinking morning coffees.

The property was nice and had all the amenities we needed but it was very musty. We were disappointed by the smell and bought a gel candle to assist in freshening up our stay.
