In the commune of Rousset-les-Vignes, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 123 m² house with cool floor and swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It includes an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 5,500 m² garden ! Wi-Fi, bed linen not included, we're waiting for you!

- Bathroom with shower and two basins

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (3×5), open from June 1 to september 30 and secured by an alarm. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A lovely 5,500 m² south-facing garden with trees and shrubs, garden furniture and deckchairs.
- A 42 m² terrace with two tables, chairs and plancha to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Rousset-les-Vignes, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Nature lovers will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
