About this house rental
Furnished tourist accommodation ** of 96 m² with PRIVATE swimming pool, HEATED from the end of April to the end of September and SECURE, located in a dead end street, quiet area, no car passage except residents and close to the village center (pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, delicatessen, hairdresser, beautician).
Grillon, which is located in Drôme Provençale, is a beautiful village surrounded by lavender, vines, olive trees, a perfect place to relax.

- Château de Grignan 4 km and its night parties in summer or its correspondence festival
- The boutique "Durance" (a French company specializing in the manufacture of interior scents and natural cosmetics)
- The Eyguebelles museum (liqueur, syrup) in Valaurie 12 km
- Richerenches and its truffles 4 km
- The Mont Ventoux, culminating at 1910m, essential place for its hikes, bike lovers, accessible in summer and winter thanks to the numerous facilities. In winter, you can ski at Mont-Serein, exposed on the northern flank of Ventoux, with its 17 tracks.
- Vaison-la-Romaine known for its Roman remains including a single arch bridge, which withstood the last cru of the Ouvèze in 1992. You can visit archaeological sites, cathedrals and its medieval cities.
- Gorges de l'Ardèche and its canoe descents
- Nyons 20 km is part of the Regional Natural Park of Provencal Baronies and its famous market on Thursday morning, known for its regional products (olive oil, olive)

This cottage can accommodate 6 people, you can relax around a heated, secure and private pool.
A bioclimatic pergola, on the terrace where you can barbecue, will protect you from the heat and the rays of the sun.

- Fully integrated kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook if you feel like it
- Air-conditioned living room with large picture window overlooking the garden (TV, sofa, DVD player)

- A bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, WC
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with 160, 140 and 2 * 90 bed with cupboard for storing your laundry, blackout curtains
PRIVATE AND CLOSED GARAGE where you can store your car, bicycle
