The villa is located 300 meters from the city center on a plot of 800 m2.
It is located in a quiet area. It is surrounded by a leyland cypress hedge with no vis-à-vis and is closed by an electric gate.
A large lime tree and a mulberry tree allow you to get some shade.
A wrought iron table with chairs will be under the lime tree in addition to the one placed on the terrace.

The villa has a surface area of 90 m2: it comprises: entrance, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom + a shower room. 2 w.c. garage. The house is very well exposed and very bright.
The villa offers air conditioning.

It is equipped with an outdoor kitchen that includes a barbecue, a plancha, gas fires and a bread oven. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

The beds have a dimension of: 1.40 m, 1.40 m and 1.60 m.

Mattress pads for each bed will be provided; sheets are not provided.

The pool measures 8 m X 4 m and has a depth of 1.10 m up to 1.70 m of water

Reservations will be accepted only from Saturday to Saturday.
