Situated right on the canal, the home provides direct access to the boardwalk where you can take evening strolls throughout the marina. Skippers Landing is the ideal choice for boating enthusiasts, who can use the nearby public ramp and dock a vessel right behind the house in the private boat slip.

It was a beautifully manicured subdivision. We reported a ant problem in the kitchen island bar. Most of the home is very nice. Some areas show former maintenance issues, and we are not sure they are completely resolved. Might be a slow plumbing leak in the middle bathroom causing a mold issue in the lower bathroom. When first entering there was a musty smell which went away when the central air came on. I feel bad for the owners. Whenever they update carpet, deck, wallpaper, roof and maybe kitchen, they are likely to spend 100k.

This hose was very spacious and offered three decks facing the sound. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. There are four medium indoor staircases which could be a deterrent to anyone who has mobility issues. Appointments could use a little updating.
