Enjoyed the unit as it was on the 5th floor next to the evaluators. Was thinking m it maybe noisier but very quiet inside . Beds were comfortable and the bunk bed was a nice feature. Dining room set were a bit worn but served us well. Very happy

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The chairs in the dining area were peeling and needing replacing but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was comfortable for 6 adults (2 bed 2 bath) there was no a/c and in August the condo was very warm the fan provided was broken :(
Check out was 10 am - the earliest check out I e ever had and extremely rigid during peak times. An 11 AM check out would be way more accommodating for guests - because of this I would not book Aspens again !

Overall, the property was good. It was a nice location in the Upper Village. A close walk to shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the bars that it wasn't too loud in the evenings.
While I am going to list a few gripes below, it doesn't take away from the fact that this is a nice, clean unit and I'd consider staying here again. I just want to share what we experienced.
Two things to be aware of before you book this unit:
1. The property is advertised as air conditioned and it does have an air conditioner, but it's in the main living room and cannot be moved since it's attached to a plastic vent mount that's screwed to the window frame. The bedrooms are NOT air conditioned and are warm. We did have the windows open, but the breeze blows parallel to the unit, so you don't get any cool air in through the windows. There is one fan in the master bedroom, but nothing in the 2nd bedroom (which has 4 of the 6 sleeping places). So if you're from a warm environment and are used to sleeping with air conditioning, this unit does not have central air in every room.
2. The queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom is very uncomfortable. The mattress is worn and sags. After our first night on the bed, I ended up sleeping on the sofa one night and the bunk bed the rest of the week. The mattress is long overdue to be replaced. I travel a lot for business and I'm used to different quality mattresses , but this is one of the worst I've slept on.
