Accessing the ski slopes is very straightforward with ski trails to and from Blackcomb ski runs located directly across the street. For added convenience, The Marquise sits directly on the Benchlands Shuttle route with its own covered bus shelter right out front. This year-round, complimentary shuttle provides guests with transportation to and from Whistler Village and the Village Gondola base.

Marquise #609 is a two-bedroom loft suite offering a spacious top-floor layout with vaulted ceilings and large windows providing considerable natural light. The main level features an open-plan style living and dining area with a flat screen television, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, large 8-person dining table and access to a sizeable, covered balcony with patio furniture. The upgraded and well-equipped kitchen sits opposite the dining room and offers all the appliances and counterspace needed for guests to prepare a variety of delicious vacation meals. Both main bedrooms and bathrooms are also on the main level with one bedroom housing a Queen-sized bed and the other featuring a King-sized bed, flatscreen smart T.V. and an ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub. The large upstairs loft area is set up to comfortably sleep four people with a King bed on one side and two Twin beds on the other. The loft overlooks the living area below and has its own television. Overall, The Marquise #609 has almost 1300 square feet of living space, making it a suitable property for up to eight guests.

The Marquise building also has an array of sought-after common area amenities including a pool and hot tub, sauna and a fitness room. Parking for guests is underground PAY parking.
