We loved the property. Easy access to beach and walking distance to shopping and food. The only negative was that the hot tub was not working.

The condo and location were great. I felt like the place could’ve been cleaner, lots of dust on ceiling fans, and HVAC closet door. also lots of sand on the floor. Obviously, we do expect some sand being by the beach, but there seem to be an excess. Pool was small.We did enjoy the stay

We enjoyed our stay and found the location excellent. Had a few issues at check in but response was quick and resolved issues promptly.

Pros: Location, short walk to the beach, clean, spacious unit, big TVs, 1 parking spot per unit (good for 1 family), balcony to watch the traffic of people and cars, cool, gated community with digital access to the gate and unit. Cons: No bath towels (only hand towels and wash towels) we had to buy towels, ceiling fan in master br was noisy, TV remotes most of them were not working, per notice on the fridge: “please take time to leave the property in good order. Trash should be taken out to the dumpster and dishes washed. Please. Neglecting to follow the departure requirements may result in additional cleaning charges at $75/hr.” Not to mention that the cleaning fee I paid was $230. Lack of cooking pans. While we were out, somebody accessed our unit to deliver groceries without our knowledge. We didn’t order groceries, but whoever delivered it he/she was given access to the unit. The good thing was the groceries were for us keep. Lol. (I guess part of that should be on the Pros.Lol)I would recommend the place if Cons are fixed (which are fixable)
