Located directly above the sugar-white sand of the Gulf on the 12th floor of The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home boasts stunning Gulf views through walls of glass. The light-filled living room has a spacious open layout perfect for gathering. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, there is plenty of seating on two plush sofas centered around a flatscreen TV. Whether watching a movie, curled up with a book, or simply enjoying the views, it’s the ideal spot to unwind.
Just beyond the living room waits a fully equipped kitchen. Start your day right with both single-cup and full-pot coffee makers, enjoy a casual meal at the huge breakfast bar, serve drinks and snacks on the wet bar (where there’s an ice maker, blender, and sink), prepare meals with expansive granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and gather together for meals in the Gulfview dining room at the table for six.
When it’s time to rest and recharge, this home offers three bedrooms, each with crisp white linens, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The property was clean with the exception of some cooking utensils. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Hello, We had a wonderful time and the condo was very nice and clean. A few things to take note of: the 2 front rooms need black out currents, the hall light (that never goes off) shines through the blinds, we had some trouble sleeping. Also the sewer gases would come up through the kitchen and bar sinks. This may be a beach thing that can't be solved. IDK? And 1 last thing, in the front bedroom with the full/queen bed, we could hear a drip sound above the bathroom, we wanted you to know in case the unit above is leaking and could cause possible damage. We couldn't see anything just hear it. But man, o man we would stay there again! Loved it! Thank you!
