Welcome to the Monomoy Retreat! Park your car in the driveway and be prepared to relax in the quiet and private neighborhood. Enter into a sunroom with a sitting area and sliders to the front of the home. Enjoy your favorite libation while playing a game of cards at the cafe table. To the right of the sunroom is the private Master Bedroom (Bedroom #1) with a King bed and an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower. Lots of room to spread out and a nice, big bed to sink into and get a good nights rest.
On the other side of the sunroom you will enjoy open concept living with a chef's kitchen with all new appliances, large center island, dining area, and living room. The wood floors have all been refinished and there is fresh paint throughout, the home has been renovated from top to bottom! The living area offers a flat screen TV, WiFi, and comfy seating. On the other side of the living area there is the front door entry that brings you to another small sitting area that offers another flat screen TV, perfect for the kid's enjoyment.
Continue on down the hallway to the 2 other bedrooms and bathroom #2. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. The full bathroom #2 has a tub/shower.
The washer/dryer is located in the basement for your convenience.
The home has dish / satellite and gets NESN for the Red Sox and the golf Channel as well!
Outside is a landscaped yard, great for the kids to run around and play, a fire-pit and an outdoor shower (fully enclosed with hot and cold water). The beaches and bike trail are just a short distance away and both West Harwich and downtown Dennisport are less than a half mile walk! The layout of the home was great! My husband and I were on one side of the house and my daughter, son in law and grand daughter stayed at the other side of the home. We had privacy when we wanted it and we spent time together outside by the fire pit at night. We had fantastic weather and were at the beach everyday. The home was well equipped except there was no frying pan. Also it would be helpful if the homeowner made a booklet on how to work the TV with the remote controls. Other than those 2 things we would definitely recommend this property and look forward to going back next year. Thanks for a great vacation! KAREN & RICH

Very cute home with comfy furniture. Loved the open layout of the common spaces, the way the master bedroom was its own separate suite of sorts (my hubby and I got to have our lovers den away from the family) and the outdoor pit and grill. A much needed getaway space for us super COVID scared/PTSD ppl from NYC.

33 Pine Grove Rd. was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood.
The home was clean, updated with new kitchen appliances and recently refurbished with quality workmanship/details. The outdoor shower is a nice detail and brought back memories of my childhood on Cape Cod. The full basement was a nice addition to store our bikes keeping them safe from inclement weather.
Two mechanical issues arose. The hot water heater and the air conditioning system we're erratic. New England Vacations Holmes was responsive and HVAC service was attempted but the water heater issue was never reliable.
We would rent this home again if the mechanical issues were resolved.

The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The yard was great for my grandchildren and the hammock was a big hit! We liked the area and the Dennis beaches. We just felt there should be another trash receptacle and we are so used to recycling and there wasn't a bin
But overall it was a fantastic. Vacation house
