Cosy country house "Sunny Slope & Sauna", 2 storeys, detached, renovated. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, along the wooded area, in the countryside. Private: garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. 300 m long bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Desná, odb." 1.8 km, railway station "Kořenov" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km.
