Beautiful spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, with large heated pool, outdoor table with grill facilities for rent in sought after Lake Ida area in Delray Beach, FL. Beach 1.5 miles away. Buzzing Atlantic Ave with restaurants, art galleries only few blocks away. World renowned Delray Stadium and tennis center 2 miles away. Downstairs 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath (1 king and 1 twin over full bunk bed). Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen , 1 bedroom with 1 king beds and 1bedroom with 2 x twin). 2 brand new full bathrooms upstairs. Amenities include a laundry room with washer/dryer, 6 lounge pool chairs, outdoor dining facilities, 2 x indoor dining facilities, pack and play and feeding chair for kids.

Although the location of this property is great, there are things that could be improved. The downstairs area was tidy and updated, however upstairs had multiple areas that could use a refresh and better cleaning. For instance, there were multiple large stains on the carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, areas in the upstairs bathrooms that could’ve been cleaned much better, multiple thick dust pilings on items upstairs, and rusted door handles, fixtures, etc. Other than that, if you were staying downstairs the whole time, it is a fine accommodation.
